UnZip the Zipped
package to this directory.

You will now have
to create the base tables in mysql no scripts are
supplied for this purpose in the free version.
The files starting
with mysql_??? will show you the fields and
lengths you need to observe.
Create the tables
in your mysql database using the correct names
and definitions.
Now you can run
the loginsa.htm file
