Bid and Quote B2C provides an intuitive bid process interface and foundation for requesters and buyers to exchange standard and/or customized "Request for Bids" messages. Bid and Quote B2C will reach established trading partners, as well as new partners within an open marketplace.

Bid and Quote B2C offers enterprises and service providers out-of- the-box functionality to get requesters up and working quickly. Bid and Quote B2C provides a variety of pre-built Request for Quotes (RFQ) templates to match different sourcing activities (e.g. MRO, production, or labor requests). Using a web browser, a requester selects and completes a pre-defined template. An administrator can customize these templates to meet a company's or department's exact needs.

Bid and Quote B2C easily extends the reach of its suppliers in a trading community via a "closed" invitation.

Bid and Quote B2C enables suppliers to easily respond to RFQs. After receiving an "invitation to bid" via email, suppliers can directly access the RFQ docu-ment by clicking on the URL contained in the email. Leveraging the in-context turn-around capability in Bid and Quote B2C pre-populates the response form with relevant RFQ data to expedite the response.

Reporting capabilities enable the requester to track all requisitions, bids, quotes, orders their response, and any subsequent re-quotes. During the negotiation phase, there can be multiple rounds of exchanges with customers. A requester can easily turn around a bid to make a counter offer to the consumer. A Quote Analysis Worksheet allows a requester to view the bids at a glance. Bid and Quote B2C helps requesters organize and track suppliers and their many responses-one of the greatest challenges in the procurement process.
